How to get rid of acne scars

This is my ways of getting rid of my acne scars. They are no means professional ways told by the doctors. Throughout the years when I was suffering from acne, and I am still suffering from it today, I was left with these horrible scars on my face. So I want to share with you some of the ways how I get rid of them or fade them out.
1) Drink lemon water
2) Natural Yogurt Mask - dap some on your face at night after you shower, it will help you reduce the redness on your face.
3) Use Aloe Vera gel - for moisture
4) Vitamin E Oil - dap some on your scar before you sleep and you will see the difference in the morning!!
5) Use Aloe vera + Vitamin E mask (My scheming from taiwan has this)
6) Use thermal Water to spray your face (I use Avene anti-irrating water to spray my face whenever I feel there are redness on my face)
7) Take Zinc!!
